VT Critical Services Ltd


VT Critical Assets, part of the VT Group, is a trusted partner to government departments and local authorities. The VT Critical Assets team manages emergency services’ key assets and logistics – from vehicles and communications equipment to information technology and training – enabling them to concentrate on their core roles.
VT Critical Assets-Marine manages three distinct contracts from, Endeavour Quay, Gosport. Locally, the team manages and maintains four pilot boats, two patrol vessels and a hydrographic survey vessel for Associated British Ports in Southampton. VT enables ABP to carry out their daily task without having the worry of maintaining and servicing the vessels. All Health and Safety associated with the vessels and MCA certification is managed by VT.
The Environment Agency employ VT Marine to manage, maintain and crew their four coastal survey vessels in England and Wales; providing the EA with a platform to carry out their water and sediment sampling in order to keep our water ways clean and safe. And finally VT owns a Scientific Research vessel, the Prince Madog, jointly with Bangor University, managing, maintaining and crewing the vessel; providing the University and the Marine Science Community a platform for teaching and marine scientific research.
